I know many people have had much success following a keto diet. Exercise quotes wallpaper As far as I was aware, you can only target where to build muscle, not lose fat, as there are not arm calories, belly calories, leg calories etc, its all just burning calories and therefore burning fat so to hear that this actually targets belly fat is really interesting.
