Intermittent fasting – what is it_ – simple well being
During church on Sunday, there was a discussion about world hunger, and how Lenten fasting can shed a little light on the huge number of people facing starvation. People have been fasting for religious and spiritual reasons for eons. Intermittent Fasting (IF) is really more of an eating schedule than a diet. Diet plan to gain weight female What you eat isn’t as important as when you eat it. Probably the most difficult IF method is keeping your fast for a full 24 hours one or two times a week.
